Provision of Property Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations

Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council is carrying out this procurement excersize for the provision of Property Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations and other ad-hoc valuations on a call-off basis. Contract term will be for an initial 8 months (to align with an end of the financial year), with an intended commencement date of 1 August 2023 with an option to extend at the Council's sole discretion for further periods up to maximum contract duration of 56 months.
