## Description

The Contractor will, through review of GMCA operational property portfolio in Police and Waste Sites ensure that it is properly assessed for rating purposes, advise on rating strategy and valuation, and provide Valuation Tribunal Representation where required\. Work will commence upon appointment and continue until all necessary appeals concluded for 2023 list only Direct Award via Manchester City Council TC148 - Valuation and Property Services Framework
