GB-Derby: DH16059 - Building Extensions

The construction of single storey and two storey extensions to existing properties from the substructure up to roof covering. Once the propertyis water tight, the Clients own labour will undertake the internal works.

Additional information: This is a framework agreement for the construction of 1 and 2 storey extensions to existing properties.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The Client will be holding an open morning on Wednesday 31st May to provide advice on this procurement. Further information can be found within the tender documents.
