Smoking Cessation Services (Award)

Kingston Upon Hull City Council is seeking suitable qualified providers to deliver a 5 year contract for smokingcessation services with a possible one year extension. Hull City Council is conducting the procurement usingthe Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) under the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the 2 / 5 requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Sl 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of procuringthe services described in the specification (Services) .The services are broken down into 2 lots Lot 1 :SpecialistStop Smoking Services Lot 2 : Marketing and Communications. The anticipated service commencement date is1 October 2019 TUPE will apply
