## Description

Rochdale Council wish to appoint an organisation to develop the Transport Delivery Plan \(TDP\) for Northern Gateway\. As well as producing the TDP, the successful bidder will also be required to manage, coordinate and lead the Northern Gateway Transport and Highways Working Group, and provide retained expert advice for both Councils on Highways and Transport matters should they arise during the Examination in Public
