## Description

Homes England \(HE\) acquired South Staffordshire College's Croft Street Campus \(the Site\) from South Staffordshire College \(SSC\) in 2023\. HE has since submitted a residential Outline Planning Application with Access in May 2024 which is currently being considered by Tamworth Borough Council \(TBC\) as planning authority with Staffordshire County Council \(SCC\) dealing with County Matters\. A planning application for demolition of SSC's buildings within the Site submitted by Homes England has already been approved \(REF 0367/2023\)\. There are no further applications required to progress demolition on site although there are pre-commencement conditions to be discharged\. HE is seeking to procure project Management Services \(the Services\) for the delivery of a package of demolition within the Site \(the Works\), the Services will commence in January for a period of 9-12 months\. The purpose of this commission is to ensure that the Works are tendered effectively, delivered efficiently and well managed to meet the projec
