Consultancy Work for a Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment Study

The scope of this project is to undertake an assessment of 19 sites to calculate their current biodiversity value (using the latest Biodiversity Metric) and to estimate the uplift in biodiversity value they can deliver and estimate the costs for delivering, maintaining and monitoring this uplift for a period of at least 30 years. This work is intended to inform the Council's decision whether to make sites available on the market to deliver BNG off-site through development management.
