## Description

Hackney Council created the Covid19 Urgent Housing Pathway to meet this demand, moving homeless adults, including those discharged from hospital and prison, into emergency temporary accommodation\. The Pathway model is designed to allow service users to progress through temporary supported accommodation towards more permanent placements\.
