## Description

CLA Public Administration Licence to enable copying of document across Essex County Council and enable the public to photocopy material for a period of up to 8 years\. The licence enables ECC annual blanket cover without the need to seek permission from individual copyright owners\. The agreement will be reviewed annually and paid per annum\.
