Extension to Contract - Managed Payroll and Pension Services

This is a Transparency Notice publication to the original contract for Managed Payroll and Pension Services.

This notice replaces previous published CF notice: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/ea27e048-6ac7-42e8-a352-63c293d8f694 published on 14th October 2022. The additional available 12 month option to extend the contract period has since been taken, extending the contract expiry date up to 31/03/2024.

The original procurement was undertaken via the NHS Countess of Chester's Commercial Procurement Services F022 Payroll and Pension Services Framework, following a Direct Award process, for an initial period of 24 months, with an option to extend for up to 2 x 12 months.

The total maximum award value is the maximum of all charges including all optional extensions.
