Property Insurance in respect of Leasehold Flats (excluding Broker Services) 2022 - 2025 (2027)

Wigan Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Property Insurance in respect of Leasehold Flats (but excluding Broker Services).

This Insurance is being procured competitively and in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 via a Further Competition from the YPO Insurance Placement DPS Ref. No: 000978. Marsh Ltd are Wigan Council's appointed broker.

The contract will run for an initial period of three years from 1st April 2022 and may be extended for a further period of up to two years.

The deadline of Wednesday 16th February 2022 at 12:00 noon represents the deadline for the receipt of final tender applications.

The Awarded Value stated within section 6. Award Information is an estimated contract value for the initial three-year period based on the Year 1 insurance premium.
