CEFAS23-122 Contract for IT endpoint services transformation

The Supplier will provide an update to Cefas endpoint management and Active Directory. The requirements are as follows: 1. Auto pilot - End user update programme - Pick back-up and implement. 2. Create new Windows 11 image to deploy with auto pilot. 3. Migrate SCCM to End Point Manager - GP updates, end user manager. 4. Active Directory upgrade. Currently using on prem AD - Update AD site and forest level or preferably or go to Azure AD registered. 5. BitLocker update to latest version and implement on all devices - Currently have an existing outdated version. 6. Update certificate services. Have current version but not been updated in a long time. This was dependent on access decommission.
