Service Now Managed Services

Description

Service Now is the business-critical primary IT Service Management platform for CPS, Service Now is split into two contracts, one contract for the licensing, with the other contract being for Managed Service and Development. The current G-Cloud 12 contract for Managed Service and Development began on 01/04/2021 for an initial two-year contract. The current environment comes to an end in May 2024 following the extension option being triggered in 2023. Service Now is a business-critical service, and therefore it is essential it is re-procured. Indicative Contract duration is 2 years.
