## Description

Transport for London \(TfL\) will be letting a contract for the refurbishment of retail sites in disused ticket offices, railway arches and other locations both inside and outside stations\. TfL has a portfolio of 2,500 properties, including 800 arches\. We propose to let the contract as 3 lots: \(1\) General building for arches and retail premises outside stations; \(2\) General building for ticket offices and other premises inside stations; and \(3\) Glazing and shop fronts\. We are currently proposing a 2-year contract term with 2 1-year options to extend\. We are inviting suppliers to participate in early market engagement through completing a market sounding questionnaire \(MSQ\)\.
