Planned Works Delivery Contract

Undertaking improvement works to Southampton City Council's domestic housing stock; all situated within the City boundary. The works mainly comprise of the replacement of pitched and flat roofs, window and door replacements, and electrical testing and upgrade works; but also include other associated improvement works.
