## Description

The Agency's Data Platform built on Azure Databricks in 2019-20, requires improvements to support its expanded use for production grade data management, decision support and analytics\.\\r \\r The services are outcome-based and project-driven, intended to improve the operational reliability, DevOps/DataOps maturity, and architectural robustness of the Authority's enterprise Azure-based data platform\.\\r \\r Strategic objectives behind this contract are:\\r - Improve operational reliability and platform resilience\.\\r - Enable multi-developer DevOps workflows across Sandbox, Dev, Pre-Prod, and Production\.\\r - Standardise Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform\.\\r - Implement structured CI/CD using Azure DevOps\.\\r - Strengthen DataOps governance and controlled data promotion\.\\r - Reduce configuration drift and production risk\.\\r - Increase integration with GIS and other agency data systems\.\\r - expand support for Data Science, AI and handling unstructured data at scale\.
