## Description

The works are to upgrade the security to 1Nr room in Southwark Police Station to form a TER room\. Works include modifications to mechanical and electrical system including minor building works securing the existing riser by removing existing stud walls and replacing with a Type A partition and installing reverse built Evans tile secured at floor and ceiling\. New floor finishes and redecoration generally\.
