Cleaning Services at Osborne House

English Heritage Trust manages Osborne House and grounds on behalf of The Crown Estates. It is a flagship property and Listed Building. The Estate consists of approximately 311 acres of which, 265 acres of grounds are open and available for visitors to explore and take in the experience Osborne has to offer. Visitors will find on the Estate features to visit such as the Walled Garden, Swiss Cottage and Museum and Queen Victoria’s private beach. English Heritage is seeking tenders for the provision of cleaning services at Osborne House. Cleaning will be required 7 days a week between April and October, and 2 days a week between November and March. Cleaning will take place between the hours of 6am - 8.30am. The contract will be for 3 years commencing April 2016, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
