Work description
• One year Clinical Education Fellowship for a higher specialty trainee from the KSS School of Medicine, 2021 -2022. • Development of expertise as a medical educator (curriculum development, online resource development, teaching in a variety of contexts, assessment, scholarship). • Development of leadership and project management expertise through roles in ongoing RCP work. • Focus on educational and training impacts of COVID.
