NCC1545 Heat Network Consultancy

Northumberland County Council (NCC) is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to provide commercial advice on the development of viable low carbon heat networks on key council buildings (anchor loads) in up to 8 towns across the county of Northumberland. The successful contractor will be responsible for updating financial models for heat networks, providing commercial advice in relation to final governance arrangements for the heat networks, and developing a financial evaluation methodology. Further commercial advice may be required to support a competitive dialogue process with private sector partners interested in developing heat networks in Northumberland.
