Test and Learn Furniture- Phase 3

Transformation are creating a Test & Learn Facility to trial the Regional Centre style environment and this furniture is being procured as part of this project. This will allow members of staff to test out and learn about the new furniture that will be fitted into the new reagional centres, this will allow for an eaiser transition and avoid any delays in starting work in the new regional centres.

This procurement is going to be a direct award from the CCS framework RM3812 - this framework allows departments to directly award contracts with a value under £20k. This route reduces the risk of us being challenged by other suppliers The stakeholder has already selected their supplier, Flexiform. They have used Flexiform before therefore the stakeholder knows that they are a trustworthy supplier who can deliver the requirement successfully and on time.
