Neurodivergent - Complex Mental Heath - Supported Living Placement - 402346 Supported Living Placement - Single person flat adjoined to other similar environments with additional community space\. 24 Hour access to skilled autism - informed support\. Location: Stockport preferred, or surrounding areas where needs can be appropriately met and family/community links maintained\. Environment: Relatively quiet, predictable, low-stimulus environment with access to community activities and good public transport links\. Staff should be experienced in autism-informed, person-centred support alongside mental health needs, with strong communication, positive risk management and independent-living skills
