CWC25115 - CLQ College Moves Management

The City Learning Quarter programme is a partnership between the Council and the City of Wolverhampton College. The Phase 2 project includes the creation of a new main city centre College Campus at Old Hall Street / St George's Parade and the Metro 1 site. Construction work is in progress and due to practically complete in September 2025. The new College facilities will be fully operational in November 2025, to enable the teaching and learning of academic courses in health and social care, hair and beauty, food technology / catering, art and design technology, media, music, science, A Levels and Higher Education subjects which will be relocated from the College's existing Paget Road campus.

The moves management service is required to enable the timely relocation of equipment from the College's existing Paget Road building to the new City Centre Campus following practical completion and handover of the new building. This is a framework direct award via ESPO 655_24 Removals, Recycling, Storage and Associated Services.
