2021 - 0882 Replacement Soil Stacks & Water Main Risers at Pioneer House & Alpha House, Coventry - AWARD

Citizen is going out to tender for the replacement of the soil stacks within two properties: Alpha House and Pioneer House, Coventry.

These properties are both high rise flats which have four soil stacks each. The works include upgrading the fire compartmentation within the soil stack shafts and the replacement of the water main riser of both properties.
