## Description

Regenda wish to appoint a merchant to enter into a Contract for the provision of merchant services for the supply of materials as set out below:- • Distribution and Supply of General Merchant Materials - West Lancashire The Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need\. The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries M&Y Maintenance and Construction, Redwing Living \(private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared ownership and sales\), Petrus Community and McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living\. The resulting contract will cover each part of the Group and also any future subsidiaries of the Group\. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured is included within Document B \(Tender Requirements and Specification\) and can be viewed at http://regenda\.org\.uk/tender-for-merchant-services\. It is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of 16 months extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions\. Any extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance\. If any tenderer has any queries regarding the terms of the agreement then these should be clarified in writing to tenders@regenda\.org\.uk quoting the reference number MY01 prior to submission of tenders\.
