Invitation to Quote for Preparation of a Planning Application for Delivery of a Gypsy and Traveller Site at Cowling Farm

Chorley Borough Council is inviting quotations for the Preparation of a planning application for delivery of a Gypsy and Traveller site at Cowling Farm, Moorland Gate, off Cowling Road, Chorley as detailed more fully in the Scope and associated documents appended separately to this ITQ. The commission is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2021 and to be completed by 28th May 2021.

Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full specification and invitation to tender documentation. The deadline for expressions of interest is 5pm 31st March 2021. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 12 Noon, Thursday 1st April 2021.
