UK SBS FWMRCR17122ACAS - Evaluation of ACAS online advice and guidance 2017

The overall objective of this research is to evaluate the quality and user experience of written guidance on the Acas website, and whether the service is meeting customer need, with a view to informing the construction of the new Acas website and ongoing efforts to encourage the use of online guidance rather than the helpline. We would also like to establish a baseline against which we can benchmark in future, once the website has been reengineered. To do this, we would like to evaluate the user experience; the ease with which the user can find what they are looking for; subsequent actions taken by the user on the basis of the information they have accessed; success and failure measures.
