Provision of an innovative and integrated software solution to election and registration management. The contract will initially be for a period of three years with a go-live date of 1 December 2017 and a test environment to be available for use from 16 October 2017, with the option to extend the contract for a further two years, in twelve-monthly intervals, at the discretion of the Council.
