## Description

The provision of an electronic case management system\. The desired outcome of this project is to put in place an ICT solution that will deliver an electronic case management system \(ECMS\) in substance misuse and CJ settings\. The anticipated project benefits are to implement an effective ECMS, to manage the casework of clients who come in contact with the Council’s DAIT service, receive interventions there and are being transferred further to external drug & alcohol service providers\.
