Digital Migration Project

Description

Stonewater had previously been engaged on two separate contracts with BT to enhance and digitise its network infrastructure. This method led to issues with contract management, which resulted in the overall project being delayed significantly. Upon review of the agreements in place, it was considered most beneficial to merge and consolidate them, to recover time lost on the project and manage costs and deliverables more efficiently.
