Care and support in a Housing with Care setting - AWARD

Norfolk County Council’s Integrated Commissioning Team commissioned care and support services to two Housing with Care schemes: one in Loddon, South Norfolk and one in Swaffham, Breckland.

Housing with Care is a preventative service which offers a unique opportunity for people to live in their own accommodation with the security of knowing that care and support is available to them as and when required. Care will be revised to meet the changing needs of the individual.

The accommodation is designed to enable older people to retain their independence in their own home for as long as possible through the provision of meals, domestic assistance and a 24/7 onsite care presence.

The tender was split in to two lots, and tenderers were able to bid for one or both lots.
