This requirement is for AIOps expertise that will deliver key artefacts to progress the Discovery phase of the Intelligent Service Operation Centre (ISOC) programme. The aims of the ISOC programme are to integrate modern, cost effective technology that is underpinned with intelligent ways of working that address the growing complexity of DWP's IT environments, providing data-driven insights and enhanced visibility about our hybrid cloud environments, user needs and Digital Workplaces.
