The Supply, Design and Installation of Sunderland Changing Places Toilet Facilities

Sunderland City Council is seeking a provider to deliver a fully inclusive turn-key project delivery solution for the Design, Supply and Installation of New Modular Changing Places Toilets Facilities at Herrington Country Park Sunderland & Roker Park Sunderland.

The requirements within this package are to carry out all design, works, processes, and operations necessary to supply and install two changing places toilet units such as groundworks, foundations design/construction and connection to existing local drainage, water, and electricity services.

The units must be fully fitted out and commissioned ready for registration and use on completion date of 06th March 2024 as specified in the quotation and documents.
