Award to complete the following activities
- A strategic examination of the key applications in the NIS domain, their major capabilities, user groups, technology stacks, governance and contractual arrangements, in order to form a roadmap of future developments led by the NTBS replacement - A requirements discovery exercise with the major NTBS stakeholders, to gather functional and non-functional requirements of the new NTBS system - Services for Alpha to be decided after discovery stage has been conducted
