Project Objectives & Outcomes The objective of this project is to support the Environment Agency in delivering the OBC, the FBC and the foundation projects\. Three outcomes are required: 1\. Delivery of some of the underpinning material for the OBC and FBC; 2\. Support for Environment Agency in preparing the OBC and FBC and in getting them approved; 3\. Contributing to delivery of the foundation projects
