Description

The Provider will work in partnership with other local Services to ensure that residents in York receive support from the most appropriate Service, with the wellbeing and independence of the person central to all advice and information given. To promote and enhance the independence and wellbeing of all individuals living in York. Maximise the choice residents have by providing appropriate Advice and Information on the wide range of services and activities available. Meet the Advice and Information needs of a diverse local community and promote understanding and awareness of different needs.
