Homeless Support Market Engagement

Cheshire West and Chester Council has a contract in place for the delivery of Homelessness Support Services, alongside two other housing-related contracts. These contracts end in June 2027, and we are exploring options for the future.

We would like to engage with Registered Providers of social and affordable housing for people who are homeless and providers of housing-related support services for people who are homeless to get an understanding of the market - is there an appetite to deliver a similar contract; should there be separate contracts; and what would the potential costs be.
