Work description
To replace/repair the Air Handling Units and upgrade the obsolete Building Management System at the International Maritime Organization. DFT's Managing Agent for the IMO identified these works in the Forward Worked Plan 2015 following an extensive condition surveys. These works are categorised as Major Works under the terms of the IMO HQ Lease.
