## Description

NECs require the yearly renewal of their Nintex K2 contract\. This is for the hosting of a number of systems for NECS\. As part of this, they have an overarching ' Managed Services' agreement, which allows them to monitor the systems constantly, working on them proactively and preventing any issues further down the line\.
