Kingsway House, Kingsway Site, Derby - west wing and east wing courtyard infills and extensions to north elevation to create additional ground floor office accommodation. Works comprise construction of new structure with foundations, reinforced and insulated in situ concrete ground floor slab, brick/blockwork/cladding cavity walls, steel framing and timber insulated flat roof structure finished with single ply membrane together with works to areas disturbed including drainage. New joinery, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and fitting out, together with associated amendments and upgrading of the mechanical, electrical, data, plumbing and drainage services and builders work in connection.
