ED0091-19 Kitchen & Bathroom Modernisation-Various EDDC Locations

Kitchen modernisations to 105 Council properties and bathroom modernisations to 78 Council properties. The Contract involves kitchen modernisations to approximately 105 Council owned residential properties and bathroom modernisations to approximately 78no Council properties in various locations across EDDC including Exmouth, Honiton, Axminster, Sidmouth, Seaton, and Colyton. The work involves new kitchen and bathroom suites, associated electrical, plumbing/drainage and gas alterations, plaster repairs, wall tiling, new floor coverings and full redecoration to the kitchen and bathroom. Some of the work involves asbestos removal and minor structural and non structural alterations including removals of walls and built in cupboards.This was a mini competition from the Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC).
