## Description

Framework for a Locality Based Welfare Rights Advice Service Framework\. The framework will consist of 6 Lots\. Lots 1 - 5 are locality based, and Lot 6 will provide a City-Wide Telephony and digital offer\. Lot 1: Sunderland West Lot 2: Sunderland North Lot 3: Sunderland East Lot 4: Washington Lot 5: Coalfield Lot 6: City Wide Telephony and digital offer The winning bidder for each of the above Lots will be appointed as the sole provider on the Locality Based Welfare Rights Advice Service Framework\. An initial call off contract for each of the 6 Lots is intended to be awarded for a period of 2 \(two\) years\. \*Please ensure you read the Contract Details and instructions in full for the evaluation and award criteria
