The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has awarded a contract for the internal fit-out of a new GP medical facility located at 175-177 Kensal Road, London W10 5BJ. The works will convert a newly constructed shell and core space within the Kelso Cochrane House development into a fully operational, modern healthcare facility. The fit-out includes the installation of clinical rooms, reception and waiting areas, staff facilities, and all necessary mechanical and electrical systems to ensure the space is fully compliant and ready for occupation by a GP practice.
