## Description

L&Q are looking for a service provider for Court Advocacy Services\. The service provider will be expected to attend all court hearings on our behalf across all boroughs and courts\. L&Q currently refer around 1100 cases per annum to court for non-payment of rent\. Courts range from Uxbridge to Brighton to Ispwich\. The successful supplier will be legally trained and able to argue case law and dispute and have a proven track record of successful court hearing attendance and outcome\.
