The provision shall include calming and mindful activities such as \(but not limited to\): creative writing, scrap booking, introduction to journaling, mindful colouring, poetry, chess, scrabble\. The sessions will support prisoners to build confidence, resilience as well as considering teamwork, patience and communication skills
