1\) To design and develop a compelling Employee Value Propostion \(EVP\) for the Government Finance Function\. 2\) To design and build a Career site to host the EVP and associated supporting information\. 3\) To create Outreach material aligned to the EVP and with QR codes to the Career site for use when visiting careers fairs etc\.
