Brentwood Connected is a unique Business Improvement District \(BID\) supporting our borough's three high streets\. Brentwood Connected is funded by town centre businesses to improve the experience of residents, visitors, employees and businesses in Brentwood, Shenfield and Ingatestone\. This Invitation To Quote is for the supply of Town Rangers on behalf of Brentwood Connected\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
