The Trust is undertaking joint market testing of Window Cleaning Services with its PFI Partner with the objective of obtaining a single supplier \(if possible\) across the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust under two contracts \(one contract with the Trust and one contract with the Trust's PFI Partner\)\.
