Policy Team Leader

We are looking to appoint individuals who are comfortable taking an innovative approach to a range of complex and rapidly changing situations. You think ahead to anticipate, identify, and address any risks or problems before they occur. As a leader, you will be able to effectively build capability and resilience in your team, actively encouraging and providing opportunities for others to share ideas and contributions. Naturally, you will be able to influence others, articulating the rationale to gain their agreement. Personally, you will demonstrate inner composure, recovering quickly from setbacks and learning from them. You take ownership for your decisions and hold yourself accountable for what you have promised to deliver.
