Aequus Construction Ltd (ACL) is constructing a development of 9 No houses at Sladebrook Road Bath BA2 1LR. The development will comprise of 6 No semi- detached houses and 3 No detached houses. Each house will have PV panels which will be integrated into the roof structure supplied and installed by others and will provide energy for use by the occupant or fed back into the grid - integration with this service will be required. Heating source is via ASHP. Ventilation is MVHR.
